I saw this darling Halloween idea at my local party store, Pioneer Party, and it didn’t involve candy, so I was immediately interested. I asked them if I could just buy the tags and they said no. I was left to take matters into mine own hands. I contacted my friend, Kelsie, at Love, Kelsie Rae and we got to work.
I went shopping for cellophane bags and puffed cheese balls (I had to hit a few stores before I finally found them at Target). Warning: The cheese balls only come in a giant tub, so get lots of bags.
And Kelsie got to work designing these cute free printable tags that you can download HERE:
I printed off the tags on card stock, cut around the scallop, pulled out some scrap ribbon and I got…
a cute little treat for friends, neighbors, co-workers, ladies you visit or kids you teach. Or you could make up bags for your child’s classroom party, treats after the soccer game, or even give some out to trick or treaters.
I plan to put the small bags in my kids’ lunches on Halloween.
A big bag of “Pumpkin Poop” would be a fun family gift if you got “Booed” and needed to return a treat to a neighbor.
These tags would also work with candy corn, candy pumpkins or orange m&ms. (Just don’t use regular Cheetos. That would cross the line from cute to just plain gross.)
Hope you enjoy these “Pumpkin Poop” free printables from Love, Kelsie Rae. I would love to hear how you used them.
Cute Idea! I just may have to give the ladies and their families on my VT route some Pumpkin Poop! Thanks for the cute printable!
I believe Dr. Oz would prefer the Cheeto shaped poo. Ya, know… since it’s semi “S” shaped. 🙂
I found this on pinterest and I absolutely love it! I have featured this project on my Pinterest Picks post. https://www.thecraftyblogstalker.com/2012/09/pinterest-picks_15.html I would love for you to stop by and grab a feature button. If for any reason you want me to remove your feature please let me know. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the idea!! I am making these for tomorrow’s participation in a classroom activity. I am super excited, just have to keep my husband from eating them.
Hi, love the look of the labels. what size (diameter) are they? Hoping to buy a paper punch for this. 🙂
