Bachelor Confession

I have a confession to make: I watch ” The Bachelor”. Now I am not proud of this; in fact I am ashamed, and I vow every season finale never to watch it again. But some how I get suckered in each time, and I justify it by folding a week’s worth of laundry while I watch the show so at least I am being productive.

But in a weird way I think I watch “The Bachelor” to remind me of how lucky I am to have my husband. All these women are prettier, skinnier, younger, and more fun than me, yet I wouldn’t trade places with any of them. Because I have what they want- a great guy. Believe it or not the show keeps me grateful for my hubby.

On that love note, I wanted to feature a love song that my brother, Tyler Stenson, wrote that just happens to be perfect for St. Patrick’s Day too. You can watch a video of it here. It is appropriately called “Clover”. Like “The Bachelor”, this song reminds me of how lucky I am to have my husband.

(My husband and my brother will probably hate that they got stuck in the same post as “The Bachelor”. Haha.)
