Crew spent a portion of Saturday telling me how bored he was. Chad was out of town and I was trying to get Locke down for a nap. Elle and Croft were playing school which is the last thing a little boy wants to do on a Saturday. And he doesn’t have many friends in the neighborhood yet. Every year I dream of a Summer Planning Retreat where I take my family away to a condo for a weekend and we plan our summer. But instead we usually end up having several mini-family meetings as we prepare for summer. I want us all on the same page and I like my kids to be able to give some input.
